I haven’t had any referrals, is my profile visible?

Check your availability settings -if you have set your profile to ‘no availability’ users won’t be able to find you. 

Switch the toggle to ‘available’ and you should start to receive Care Requests in your area. 

If you wish to improve the performance of your profile, then schedule a call with your Customer Success Manager to learn how to rank more highly in Care Matches.
